Bratton Village Fete is to be held on the village green on Saturday 25th July.
Starting at 1.30pm, there will be a wide variety of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
“We have Bratton Silver Band providing music,” says Val Whitcomb from the Bratton Jubilee Hall Committee who organise the popular fete each year, “and there will also be displays by Batheaston Morris Dancers and the Frome Fascination Twirlers who have just qualified to represent England in Italy in October with their demonstrations to Abba and Starlight Express.
“Besides this, there will be the usual variety of stalls and refreshments, plus a merry-go-round and a raffle, along with other attractions.”
Entrance costs £1 and children go free.
