The Philomel Singers will be performing a wide-ranging programme of songs in the wonderful setting of Edington Priory, a favourite venue for the choir, on Saturday 16th December at 7.30pm.
The acclaimed local choir will be under the direction of Michael Johnson and accompanied by Stephen Cooke.
They will be joined by the Wiltshire Violin Virtuosi and a percussion ensemble and will present an eclectic mix of songs and music from traditional to modern with accompanied and solo works. This is a fundraising evening and all profits from this free concert will be donated to Cancer Research UK. Refreshments will also be available during the interval.
