AROUND 50 trees will be on display at this year’s Christmas Tree Festival at All Saints Church alongside entertainment, stalls and refreshments.
The church reports, “There will be musical entertainment each day and stalls and refreshments.
“On Friday evening (29th) from 5.15pm, there will be a display from Dancecraft dance studio and music from students from Westbury Infant School, Westbury Junior school’s ukulele group and Westbury Leigh School. Followed by the grand opening by Archdeacon Rev. Alan Jeans at 6.30pm.
“On Saturday 30th November, in the morning, there will be marvellous music from Penny B and friends on bagpipes and accordions.
“In the afternoon the brilliant Bratton Band will be playing and in the evening, there will be the excellent adult ukulele band. On Sunday afternoon (1st December) the wonderful Hilperton Recorders will perform.
“There will be Christmas Stories in the Stable at 3.30pm on Friday 29th November and on Sunday 1st December, (children must be accompanied by an adult). There will be a Christingle service at 4pm on Sunday 2nd December and don’t forget the delightful Fairy Light Half Hour on the Friday and Saturday evenings from 7.30pm until 8pm.”
