Westbury pubs and clubs will step up to offer a range of entertainment as part of a community pub night for the Westbury Music and Arts Festival on Friday 9th October.
Festival chairman Ian Cunningham said, “A number of pubs have said that they will be doing something special. So far we have heard from; The Conservative Club who will be putting on a great band, Big Mama and the Misfitz at 9pm; the Horse & Groom in Alfred Street who will be running an open mic night from 8pm; and The Hollies in Westbury Leigh who will have the ventriloquist, Paul Dumas at 9pm. Further details will appear on our website as we get them.”
People are asked to note that Paul Dumas’ performance at the Hollies will not be suitable for children, but Paul will be appearing in the free family variety show sponsored by Elkins Ford at the Leigh Park Community Centre on Saturday 10th at 2pm.
