EDINGTON’S summer events will commence in style when the annual summer fair kicks off this weekend
This year’s fair will take place from 2pm on Saturday 6th June on the village playing fields.
The popular annual event will include a clown, circus skills workshop, traditional fair organ, a display by Bratton School, plus favourites including plants, books, cakes, teas, and fair games.
The fair is followed by an evening party with a live band, hog roast, and real ale bar from 7.30pm onwards.
The Edington Scarecrow Walk which was due to take place on Sunday 14th June has been cancelled.
All proceeds from the fair are donated to village groups or projects.
