A FREE computer course is being offered to those with a low wage or unemployed to increase skills needed for future employment.
Bath College, in association with Work Wiltshire, Sovereign Housing and Westbury Town Council, will be offering a four-session course suitable for complete beginners.
Organisers say, “This four-session course will be run in a friendly and supportive way and is suitable for complete beginners who feel nervous at the prospect of using a computer.”
The course will begin on Monday 30th March and continue on Tuesday 31st March, Monday 6th April and Tuesday 7th April from 10am-1pm at The Laverton in Westbury.
The course will help to develop mouse skills, finding your way around the keyboard, formatting text and inserting pictures, sending and receiving email and searching the internet effectively for information.
