Fundraising events are being organised to raise money for this year’s Dilton Marsh Carnival which will take place on Sunday 4th September on the Playing Field, Alan Powell Lane.
The Carnival Committee is organising two fundraising events; an evening of Wine and Wisdom on Saturday 2nd April from 7.30-11.30pm at Dilton Marsh Memorial Hall, High St, Dilton Marsh. Doors open at 7.15pm and a light supper will be served at 7.30pm. The quiz starts at 8.15pm with a maximum of six per team. There will be a licensed bar and a raffle. Tickets are £8, available from Crowning Glory, Fairfield Farm College shop/cafe and Kathy Hutt on 07708 351323.
Then on Saturday 21st May, enjoy a big breakfast from 8.30am-11.00am at Dilton Marsh Memorial Hall, High Street, Dilton Marsh. “Join us for a leisurely breakfast freshly cooked and served by our expert team. All tastes catered for. Your tasty breakfast will set you up for a walk around the village on the Scarecrow Trail afterwards.”
