ARE you looking to get fit and healthy for the summer? Then why not take advantage of a free drop-in clinic at Westbury and have a chat with a health trainer.
If you need to eat healthier food or lose a bit of weight, improve your fitness or activity levels but don’t know where to start, then a health trainer may be able to help you.
Health trainer Bev Salter will be at Westbury Library on Thursdays between 10am-12noon, offering one-to-one support to help you change and improve your health.
Health trainers work with their clients for six one-hour sessions, building motivation and confidence to enable the client to help themselves and maintain the changes. Blood pressure checks will also be available during the drop-in sessions.
There is also a drop-in session at Warminster Library on Fridays between 10am-12noon or if you would prefer to ring them direct, call Deb on 07810 757092 or Bev on 07787 127400.
