High Street barbers celebrate 10th anniversary

Barbershop by AJH on Westbury’s High Street celebrated its 10th anniversary this month.

Ash Humphries, who opened the Barbershop at 3 High Street in 2009, said, “The past 10 years have been great in Westbury, and we very much look forward to serving the town for many more years to come.

“We cater for all aspects of barbering with no appointment required! Although we are now in our tenth year, we are still surprised at how many locals don’t know we are here. 

“I have recently returned to the shop floor, expanding to three barbers on Fridays and Saturdays, alongside Stacey and Amber with myself specialising in skin fades and beard trimming. 

“This means that waiting times are kept to an absolute minimum and we have plenty of time for new and returning customers. 

“Being on the High Street for the past 10 years, we have definitely witnessed changes, both good and bad, but we are glad that most of the empty shops are occupied, or soon to be, which hopefully will bring new faces to the town centre.”

Barbershop by AJH is located at 3 High Street. Opening hours are Tuesday-Friday from 9am-5.30pm and Saturday from 9am-3pm. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
