Westbury and District League of Friends is holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday 23rd May starting at 7.00pm in the United Reformed Church Hall.
Jeff James, Chief Executive of NHS Wiltshire PCT, will be attending and Anna Littlechild will talk about her work with the Alzheimer’s Society, which the League of Friends support locally.
Vice-chair Erica Watson said, “The League of Friends look forward to welcoming members of the public to join us at the AGM where refreshments will be served and you will have the opportunity to hear how the League of Friends work and fundraise to improve health-related services for the local community.
“The League of Friends has always appreciated the huge amount of support that the Westbury and area community gives to their fundraising and the committee looks forward to you joining them on 23rd May. All are welcome so please come and help us to retain and gain health services for this area. We look forward to welcoming you.”
