WESTBURY and District League of Friends, which raises money for healthcare in Westbury, is holding its annual meeting on Monday 13th June.
The meeting will be at the White Horse Health Centre at 2pm, and all are invited to attend.
Chair of the group, Erica Watson said, “We are still fundraising in the Westbury area in order to support health-related needs in the community.
“We have held a number of events in the past year and donated again to the Hope for Tomorrow charity and Alzheimer’s Society, as well as funding specialist equipment for both children and adults and supporting the hearing aid repair clinic.
“The League of Friends is keen to support all age groups in the Westbury area community and the committee meets regularly to discuss how to identify unmet health needs.
“We are holding our AGM on Monday 13th June at the White Horse Health Centre from 2pm. Refreshments will be served and we welcome you to join us to find out about the work we do, and perhaps contribute ideas about needs we could support in the future.
“We look forward to welcoming you.”
