THE West Wiltshire Beekeepers Annual Honey Show will once again be staged at the Bratton Jubilee Hall on Saturday 23rd September.
This annual event showcases the best in local honeybee products including local honey, mead and a wide range of beeswax products including exquisite beeswax flowers. The show is open to the public from 10am when judging is complete and entry is free.
Organisers say, “Honeybees and pollinators in general are so important to our environment and in the production of our crops. Being part of this is a fascinating and rewarding hobby so if you want to find out more about beekeeping then why not come along for a chat.
“There will be ‘open judging’ this year which means the exhibitors and the public will get to hear the judges’ assessment of each exhibit before awarding the prize cards.”
