A PLANNING application has been submitted for 26 homes on land west of Dartmoor Road.
The proposed new development by Persimmon Homes, would be situated on greenfield land to the rear of Westbury Leigh Primary School’s playing field. The current site is described as land not currently under “any formal use” and comprising predominantly of dense scrub, tree and hedgerow cover.
The application also proposes new vehicular access, public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage and other associated infrastructure works.
