Leigh Park Community Centre has rescheduled the afternoon tea party for isolated older people in the community, to August.
The event was originally planned for this month, but has been moved to August to allow more time for people to register their interest.
The free tea party will now be held on Tuesday 7th August from 1.30-3pm, at Leigh Park Community Centre. The event hopes to encourage isolated older people to come together with other people in the community. There will also be a special performance from Step-up pre-school.
