New fitness classes come to Leigh Park Community Centre

BODYbasics is a long-established team of fitness instructors who are delighted to now be able to bring their fresh and exciting classes to Westbury, at the Leigh Park Community Centre, near Tesco Express.

There are three evening classes to choose from per week:

• Tuesdays 6pm Clubbercise® – Fun, easy to follow, dance fitness with club classics from the 90’s to the latest chart hits, taught in a semi-darkened room with disco lights and glowsticks.

• Wednesdays 6pm Zumba® – the original international dance fitness phenomenon – improve your mood and your cardiovascular fitness

• Thursdays 7pm Bums Legs & Tums – BODYbasics’ most popular, longstanding favourite class designed to make exercise fun, whilst targeting those favourite areas!

 Owner of BODYbasics, Gina Fry, says, “Getting active is possibly the single most important thing you can do for your health but we totally understand how hard it can be to take that first step into a new class. That’s why our prime concern is to make everyone feel safe and comfortable in our classes, and to allow each person have fun and work at their own level.
