LAST night, Northacre Renewable Energy (NRE) presented a virtual community engagement presentation, saying they are unable to hold a public meeting due to Covid-19 restrictions.
The company is submitting new plans to build a combustion incinerator waste treatment plant in Westbury. NRE is closing its consultation on 17th July and plans to submit its new plans to Wiltshire Council at the end of the month. Time is running out to have your voice heard. NRE said, “We will monitor feedback and questions received and will update our FAQ page in due course once our pre application period closes.
“Those that have asked for their contact information to be retained to receive news and updates about the Northacre project have been noted.”
