Westbury Oktoberfest organisers recently saw an appeal in the White Horse News from Westbury Leigh Primary School for cash to put together a ‘learning outside the classroom’ provision.
Pictured receiving a gift of £300 were school business manager Anna Thurman, pupil Ryan Tate, assistant headteacher Abi Sherwood, pupil Taylor Tate and Bruce Hewitson from Westbury Oktoberfest.
Westbury Oktoberfest say, “We will always look to support deserving good causes in the local community. Our mission this year is to increase the amount we raise. This year’s Oktoberfest will be held on the 28th of September. More details to follow nearer the event.”
