STEP Up Pre School in Westbury has been learning about the town they live in, with visits to local shops and restaurants.
Owner of the pre-school Rachael Dean said, “We have visited several local businesses with the children, including the White Horse Health Centre, our local fish & chip shop, Chinese restaurant, and Zia Pizza, during our restaurant week.
“We also had a visit from the fire brigade with their fire engine during our ‘people that help us’ week,
“The children thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Zia Pizza as Vic opened up especially for us and put the pizza ovens on early so the children could enjoy pizza and ice-cream!
“Thank you to all the local businesses that have shown us fantastic community spirit so far. We are looking forward to our remaining visits to Martin & Co estate agents, Emma Jane hairdressers, Tesco Express and Barnado’s.”
