Westbury Town Council has sufficient number of councillors to legally perform its duties despite the recent uncontested elections.
But it has up to seven vacancies to fill with vacancies in each ward and will be looking to co-opt councillors using the power of the Representation of the Peoples Act 1985, Section 21a).
If you are interested in becoming a councillor and the serving the community, applications are being invited until Monday 29th May, with interviews and voting taking place at a Full Town Council meeting on Monday 12th June.
