A SPECIAL thank you day for sponsors of Westbury United was held on Saturday 17th September when the club hosted Tavistock in the Southern League.
Club chair Sam Gooding said, “Can I offer a big thanks on behalf of everyone at the club for your continued support of Westbury United Football Club; it is much appreciated and goes without saying that without the support of our local businesses and community, then the football club would not be where it is today.”
He said the day was a chance for the sponsors to see how their support is helping Westbury United to continue its progress as an all-round community club.
All sponsors were invited along for a pre-match buffet and drinks and a chance to meet representatives from the first team, plus the ladies, veterans and youth teams, before watching the first team in action.
Westbury United still have sponsorship opportunities for this season including: advertising board – £300 + VAT (Includes cost of making); programme advert – £50 – 1/4 page for the season; match day sponsor – £150 per match (8 tickets/drinks/food); match ball sponsor – £100 per match (6 tickets/drinks/food).
