WESTBURY Youth Football Club’s under 9 team, the Rhinos, are raising money towards a trip to the Isle of Wight to compete in a football tournament.
The Rhinos are currently undertaking fundraising events to help raise money to take part in the 14th SCI Isle of Wight Mitre Ultimatch Cup 2019, which will take place in May.
They have taken part in bag packing at Morrisons and they have scheduled a 5k run at parkrun in Southwick on Saturday 16th February.
Coach, Scott Howse, said, “The boys will get to spend the weekend competing against other teams from across the country during the event.
“All nine boys work extremely hard every week to progress with their football and performance, we would love for them to get this brilliant opportunity to compete and gain valuable experience from this tournament.
“Your help would be much appreciated.”
