A THANKSGIVING Service for the late Brian Gray will be held at Westbury Methodist Church on Saturday 18th February at 11am.
Brian Gray lived in Westbury with his wife Margaret from 1964 until 1989 and was a partner in the High Street chemists Gray & Jones. He was also a well-respected Town Councillor for many years.
Brian and Margaret were also loyal members of Westbury Methodist Church, and Brian was Chairman of Westbury Choral Society.
They moved to Cumbria in 1989, and after more than 25 years there, decided to move to Scotland to be nearer their daughter Rona, finally making the move at the beginning of December 2016. Brian had not been well for some time, and sadly only two days after the move he was taken into hospital and died less than a week later on 10th December.
He was well-known around the area, and will be missed by many people.
All are welcome. Light refreshments will be served after the service.
