Volunteers from Westbury’s food bank have thanked Westbury Inner Wheel and the wider Westbury community for their ongoing support.
Inner Wheel recently donated £160 to help the food bank continue its vital work in the community.
Janet Gray, a volunteer at Westbury Area Network (WAN), which runs the food bank, said, “The food bank team and trustees would like to thank everyone from Inner Wheel for their generous donations and extend their thanks to all those across our community who continue to make donations, all of which go directly to providing much needed provisions for local residents.
“Westbury food bank has, over a number of years, received support from Westbury Inner Wheel. This support has been in the form of either financial, or purchases to supplement products available to those in our community who receive food parcels.”
