WESTBURY Cricket Club is appealing for volunteers to help run the clubhouse bar.
Club spokesman Neil Hawker said, “Every Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon the bar is open and showing football matches. This is a major source of fundraising for the club.
“We’re looking for people to volunteer to do one day a month – it’s easy to do and helps the club a lot. We need people starting right away. There is also a dog show on Sunday 14th September at 8.30am. We need volunteers for a barbecue, the bar, and hot drinks. We’d love for people to put down a slot to help.”
