Organisers of Bratton’s festive market are looking for more stallholders to join this year’s annual event.
Bratton’s Arts and Crafts Festive Market is organised by the Friends of Bratton School, who raise funds for the school. This year’s market will take place on Thursday 27th November from 6pm to 9pm in Jubilee Hall, Bratton.
“We are currently receiving applications for this year’s market and are actively looking for and encouraging new stallholders,” said Anya Harvey-Loughran, vice-chair of Friends of Bratton School. “We are looking for any makers or shops out there who sell anything you’d like to find under the Christmas tree, or even on the feasting table.
“We have a huge range of stalls, from glass works, ceramics, wood turners, fabric artists, knitters, painters, gin makers, Christmas decorations, stocking fillers, felters, candle and melt makers, paint your own pottery, kids clothing, and many more. Some of these are regulars, but it’s always good to have a good selection of new stallholders each year.”
“The event always has a wonderful atmosphere, with plenty of mulled wine and mince pies. And each year, every stall holder donates a prize to the raffle (making it rather a good raffle to have a ticket for), all proceeds of which go directly towards enriching the education and learning environment at Bratton Primary.”
Friends of Bratton School is a registered charity that fundraises to support the pupils of Bratton Primary School. They are currently raising funds to improve the central courtyard area, to make it safe, accessible and engaging for all.
