WESTBURY’S mayor, cllr Mike Sutton, hosted a charity tea party last week, raising nearly £200 for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
At the event attendees enjoyed afternoon tea and music by Will Blake. There was also information available about the work of the charity in the community from local woman Hilary Reed, who is a long-time fundraiser and puppy trainer for the Guide Dogs charity.
Cllr Sutton said, “Thank you to all the guests and my fellow mayors who attended. And a big thank you to Hilary, Tina Stening and Tina May, who came along with their guide dogs.”
