Bratton Silver Band at Summer Fete

VISITORS to Bratton’s Church Summer Fete on Saturday 25th June were treated to a special afternoon of music by the Bratton Silver Training Band. 

The band say, “We had a fantastic afternoon playing at the Bratton Church Summer Fete which was conducted by Vic Beer.   

“Highlights of the afternoon were the band’s rendition of The Old Rugged Cross, Bohemian Rhapsody and music from the Beatles. The band especially enjoyed performing one of their favourites, ‘The Miners’s Hymn’.  

“The band will be playing again at the Bratton Church Institute on Saturday 9th July at the Bratton Silver Band Coffee Morning, please come along for a listen!”
