The Blue Circle Bowls Club are holding an open day at the White House Country Park in Westbury.
Taking place on Sunday 25th May between 2pm and 5pm, all are welcome to attend.
These taster sessions, in conjunction with Bowls England’s ‘Big Bowls Weekend’, are for people to try out the sport and meet some of the club members, with coaches also in attendance.
Club secretary Karen Kirby said, “We are always looking for new members and are open to all ages, gender and ability.
“The club plays in a number of leagues during the season and friendly matches with teams from Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. We also have an annual four-day tour away each year for members.”
Equipment will be provided at the open day, and attendees should wear flat-soled shoes or trainers to take part.
