A new art gallery is opening just outside of Westbury on Monday 30th June and will exhibit paintings, sculpture, stained glass, ceramics and more.
Greenhill Cottage Gallery, in Brokerswood Road, Southwick (BA14 9PR), will specialise in the very finest original artworks with contributors from the local area and as far afield as Skye and Orkney.
Martyn Slade, owner of the Greenhill Cottage Gallery said, “With ample parking, ease of access and a friendly welcome we can offer a real alternative for the discerning art collector, that one-off purchase for the new home or simply a beautiful gift.
“It is my belief that everyone should at some point in their lives own an ‘original’ artwork simply for the pleasure of it! ‘Origina’ art is for ‘original’ people and you are all ‘originals’.
“I have tried to tailor the gallery to suit a range of tastes and budgets but never at the cost of quality. The gallery is open Wednesday to Friday 10.00am until 6.00pm, Saturday 10.00am until 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am until 4.00pm. I have something for everyone and I look forward to welcoming everyone to the new centre for arts.”
