ONE of the closing events of 2014’s Westbury Music and Arts Festival – the biggest ever – is now available to relive on DVD.
Acclaimed community play ‘All Quiet on the Westbury Front’ was a performance exploring what World War I life would have been like in the town. It was shown on the penultimate day of the festival in October, and contained aspects of film, music, dance, and theatre from local people of all ages.
Anyone wishing to purchase a copy of the DVD can telephone 01373 826826 – courtesy of the Imperial Charity, Warminster Road, Westbury.
The film will also be shown during the evening of Tuesday 24th February at the Laverton Hall as the opening event of the 2015 festival. If you would like to attend this evening, a limited number of free tickets are available from the Heritage Information Centre, High Street, Westbury.
