GET your feet tapping and your body swinging at Edington’s Jazz Barbecue on Friday 24th July.
Edington Priory Church will host the event, which is now in its 13th year and will kick start at 7pm.
This year the music will be provided by Opus One Swing Band. The band was formed in 2009 by Bernard Wight and Julian Scott and is made up from seasoned, local musicians.
Although only 11 in number, they produce a rich, full throated sound due to the skilful arrangements by Bernard who conducts from the piano.
A bar and barbecue will be in the car park as usual, and tickets are priced at £10 which can be obtained from Maggie Atterbury on 01380 830452.
