EXCITEMENT is building as preparations are under way for Ascot Ladies’ Day at The White Horse Country Park in Westbury on Thursday 22nd June.
Hannah Bowden who is organising the event said, “We are really looking forward to the day; this is the sixth year we’ve done it and it gets better every year.
“It’s popular with the ladies as they get to leave the men at home and enjoy a day of eating nice food, drinking Pimm’s and hopefully winning some money!
“Everyone is really excited about getting dressed up for the day and for the chance to win ‘Best Hat’ and ‘Best Dressed’ in our competitions.
“We start the day with canapes and Pimm’s and then we have a very nice cold buffet lunch, followed by traditional afternoon tea. We’ve sold a few tickets so far which is brilliant but there are still tickets available, so don’t miss out and call us today.”
