WESTBURY Area Board is inviting applications from community groups and projects for funding next year.
If you feel that you have a project that could help make a difference and contribute towards the Westbury community area priorities, then the area board wants to hear from you.
The area board is specifically looking to offer funding to projects that will tackle such things as child poverty, anti-social behaviour, healthy lifestyles, community events, social isolation and loneliness, and protecting the countryside
“We are delighted our grants system has been able to help such a wide range of local projects to date and we are keen to do even more,” explained area board chairman, cllr Russell Hawker.
Applications must be submitted by Sunday 14th January 2018 to be considered at the board’s meeting on Thursday 1st February.
