The schedule for when community bankers will be available at Westbury’s new banking hub has been confirmed.
The hub, currently in a temporary location at The Reading Room in The Laverton, is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Lloyds will be available on Mondays, NatWest on Tuesdays, HSBC on Wednesdays, and Barclays on Thursdays. Plans are in place for Halifax to attend on Fridays.
The hub offers everyday banking services and a community banker service, giving customers the chance to speak privately to a representative from their own bank on specific days.
Although the hub is now operational, Cash Access UK has confirmed it is working to secure a permanent location in the town, which will offer the same range of services.
Gareth Oakley, CEO of Cash Access UK, said, “The hub is available for everyday banking transactions throughout the week, and for more specific or complex enquiries, a community banker will be on-site to assist on designated days.”
