An annual charity bingo session held at Westbury Leigh Community Hall earlier this month raised £603.55 for the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society (SANDS).
Around 60 people attended the event, with all proceeds going towards the charity, which works to save babies’ lives and supports bereaved families.
Organisers said, “A huge thank you to local businesses in Westbury and Warminster who generously donated prizes for the night, to players who kindly donated bingo and raffle prizes, and to everyone who donated money to the charity.”
The hall’s next bingo session will be held on Friday 6th June. ‘Eyes down’ will be at 7.30pm, and attendees are asked to bring their own refreshments. All proceeds will go towards the upkeep of Westbury Leigh Community Hall.
