Westbury Leigh Community Hall raised £500 for the Westbury & District League of Friends at its monthly bingo night in May.
Organiser Beryl Drake said, “It was a fantastic turnout on the night and we are pleased to announce that we are sending a cheque for £500!
“Many thanks go to the players who supported us, other donations and all the business who generously donated prizes: Zia Pizza, Morrison’s, Davies of Westbury, Emma Jane Hair Salon, Chalford House Hotel, Whitehall Garden Centre, Tesco Express and Alison’s Greengrocers.”
The next bingo, in aid of the community hall itself, is on Friday 3rd June – eyes down at 7.30pm.
