DROP-IN health sessions will be taking place at Crosspoint Westbury later this month and throughout July.
On the 29th June from 1.30-3.00pm, pop down to Crosspoint to have your blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI checked.
High blood pressure rarely has noticeable symptoms, but if untreated it increases your risk of heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, stoke or dementia.
There will also be sessions on 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th July at Crosspoint.
