A coffee morning will be held on Saturday 23rd February to raise money for the Bratton Bells and Tower Repair Fund.
Organisers say, “The six bells of St James’ Church have, over the past hundred years, been regularly rung to mark special events, and for the weekly Sunday services. They and the Bell Tower are now in desperate need of very costly repairs.
“The coffee morning will be held at 21 Castle Road, Bratton, BA13 4SP from 10.30am until 12pm. Please come along and enjoy a cuppa and cake for £1. There will also be a cake stall and bric-a-brac. We look forward to seeing you.”
