A WESTBURY woman is holding a fashion show next weekend to raise money for the town’s Lions club.
Antoinette Morris, owner of Antoinette’s Wardrobe on Warminster Road, will be holding the special catwalk event on Sunday 30th October.
The afternoon at the Paragon Hall will start at 1.30pm and there will be party, prom and evening dresses on show, paraded by models from Westbury Lions Club.
Antoinette, who is also a member of the Lions club said, “This will be the first time I’ve arranged something like this and I’m quite nervous but I think it’ll be a lot of fun!
“It’ll definitely be a great way to spend the afternoon and it’s raising money for a good cause by doing something a bit different.
“We’re hoping to raise a good amount of money to go to the Lions’ charities and would love to do it again in the future if it’s a success.”
The clothes on show on the catwalk will all be provided by Antoinette’s Wardrobe, and profits from the event will go to Westbury Lions Club, which uses its money to help local causes and people in need.
Tickets cost £2.50 each and are available from Antoinette’s Wardrobe (54 Warminster Road) or on the door.
