CHILDREN’S author, Joffre White, recently visited pupils at Dilton Marsh Primary School and officially opened their new library.
Joffre is the author of a series of adventure books starring the character Frog. He tours schools across the country encouraging children to read and write.
Joffre led an assembly and workshops before cutting the ribbon at the refurbished library. He finished his visit with a book signing for the children.
Teaching assistant Vicki Hallam said, “The children loved the visit and have fed off Joffre’s energy and enthusiasm.”
