A Westbury church is raising money for a local dementia charity through its monthly soup and pudding lunches.
Westbury Methodist Church has restarted its popular Soup and Pud Lunches, held on the first Friday of each month from 12pm to 1.30pm.
The lunches will continue until June 2027, with volunteers serving homemade soups and puddings, followed by cheese and biscuits, tea or coffee.
There is no set charge, but donations are invited. Proceeds are shared between the church and Beyond Dementia, a local charity supporting people affected by dementia and their carers.
The church has supported the charity for several years and donated £600 in August.
Maureen Woollard, from Westbury Methodist Church, said, “Why not pop along to the Methodist Church for a tasty lunch with good company, we would be delighted to welcome you.”
