The Westbury community came together to enjoy live music and a variety of food and entertainment at the final Sunday Brunch event of the year.
The vintage-themed event on Sunday 30th August featured live performances from local singer Seren and vintage-inspired act Belle Street, a display of classic cars from the MG Car Club, and a visit from Second Chance Petting Zoo.
“The event also highlighted the many groups and organisations that help make Westbury’s community so vibrant,” said Ryan Child, events manager at Westbury Town Council, which organises the brunch events.
“Visitors could meet members of the Westbury Yarn Bombers, discover more about Westbury Museum and find out about the Westbury Town Council Neighbourhood Plan. Cllr Jane Russ also hosted a popular toy exchange, giving families the opportunity to pass on toys they no longer needed and find something new to enjoy.
“The final brunch provided a fitting end to the season, celebrating local talent, businesses, community groups and residents in a relaxed and welcoming setting at the new Rotunda.
“With music, food, family activities and opportunities to connect with local organisations, the event showcased the strong community spirit at the heart of Westbury and rounded off the vintage-themed Sunday Brunch season in style.”
Westbury’s Sunday Brunch will return to the High Street, Soisy Gardens and Edward Street on Sunday 25th April 2027.
