Devizes versus Westbury at Devizes Sports Ground on Saturday 21st August.
Westbury travelled to play local rivals Devizes to play their last away league game in the West of England League Wiltshire Division and hoping to continue their winning run after last week’s massive win against bottom of the table Calne.
Westbury made one late change with Chris Thompson unavailable meaning that James Clack came into the side.
After a long delay the two captain Matt Tilley and Richard Oakley with the two appointed umpires made the toss which Devizes won and had no hesitation in asking Westbury to bat first in overcast condition.
Westbury made a terrible start and were bowled out for just 31, with Ben McGowan (5-10 off 4 overs) having the best figures, ably supported by Alex Penny (3-4 off 3 overs).
Westbury then went out with no real hope of a win. They did however, take three wickets leaving Devizes a seven wickets win.
