A day centre providing weekly lunches and activities is encouraging more over-60s to join.
The White Horse Day Centre meets on Thursdays from 10am to 3pm at Grassacres Hall. The club will meet next on Thursday 8th January.
“It is a safe place for our over-60s to meet old friends and new ones, enjoy a three-course lunch for £10 and participate in our raffles and games of bingo in the afternoon,” said Christine, who organises the club.
“If you would like to come and join our friendly club, you will be made very welcome.”
