Dilton Marsh Women’s Institute November meeting was a crafty event – we made Christmas decorations.
We made a mixture of peg angels and tissue paper flowers, which will be used to decorate our Christmas tree at All Saints Church, Westbury Christmas tree festival.
Much fun was had, especially when trying to glue hair to the angels, as it seemed to prefer to stick to our fingers! A big thank you goes to Eunice for organising this and to Maureen for assisting.
After this, we had our business meeting where we discussed upcoming events; our Christmas celebration etc. Our next meeting will be our Christmas celebration at a local hostelry.
