Taster sessions, pizza and the chance to have your say about what activities are need for young people in the Westbury area will be on offer at a special open fun day.
The event for young people on Sunday 8th February at the Leigh Park community centre is the launch of the new Local Youth Network – part of the new way youth activities are provided in our community.
Now the organisers and the young people involved in the event are inviting local organisations currently offering positive activities to young people in the Westbury community to attend to show case what they are doing and hopefully recruit new members.
The young people are also keen to have a competition to design a logo for the LYN, with a prize to the winning designer and the winning logo to be used by the LYN.
