Garston Veterinary Group has set themselves the mission of raising £5,000 in 18 months, which will enable them to sponsor a guide dog puppy, which will be named ‘Garston’.
To get the fundraising off to a great start they have organised a sponsored dog walk at 11.00am on Saturday 5th July at Brokerswood Country Park.
A course will be designed for those wanting to take part, taking you through the picturesque woods and around the lake. For those not wanting to participate in the walk itself, Brokerswood will be open to the public for you to join in on the day and bring a picnic.
Brokerswood Country Park will be donating the entrance fees and any profit made in the café on Saturday 5th July to the Guide Dogs for the Blind.
