Members of Heywood and Hawkeridge WI got rid of the January blues with a trip to Hawaii!
They report, “At our January meeting, Raheesha came along and explained the history of Hawaiian hula. After a demonstration with her wonderful troupe of dancers, the members, guests and friends had great fun joining in and having a ‘go’ at dancing before having well earned refreshments.
“If any of you ladies would like to join us, just come along to one of our meetings which are held every second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm at Heywood Village Hall, or you can contact Marj Painter on 01373 822282 for more details.”
