VOLUNTEERS are needed for the Sue Ryder charity shop on Westbury High Street.
The shop needs more people to help raise funds for the Sue Ryder charity, which gives care to people with terminal or lifelong illnesses.
Volunteer co-ordinator for the southwest, Stephanie Cormack says, “Volunteering is extremely rewarding. You can learn and grow in your role and gain valuable work experience, confidence and skills. It is great for keeping your mind and body active, but above all it’s about friendship and fun.
“Our Westbury shop has a lovely atmosphere and a really friendly team. We understand that our volunteers have a lot to offer, so whether you’re a budding visual merchandiser, have cracking customer service or a love of sorting through donations, give us a call! We have many different roles available.”
People interested in volunteering can do a taster session at the shop beforehand.
To find out more about getting involved, visit the shop at 28 High Street, call 01373 859206, or email care.org
