WESTBURY’S own Imperial Charity will be setting off on its first coach trip of the year next month, with a day out in Windsor.
The trip to Windsor will be on Wednesday 12th April with pick-ups at 8.25am and a return to Westbury for approximately 6.30pm.
Windsor is around 90 miles away in Berkshire and is most famous for Windsor Castle, one of the royal family’s main residences.
A donation of £5 per ticket will be asked for with the exception of people with special needs and their carers who will travel free.
To find out more or book your ticket visit the shops on Warminster Road or High Street or call 01373 826826.
The following trip will be to Bourton on the Water on 12th May. To see the full programme go to www.imperialcharity.co.uk.
Bob Summerfield, the charity manager said, “This year’s destinations have been chosen as a result of a survey of passengers last year, who were asked to nominate their favourite places they would like to go to.
“We are staying with the company Real Coaches who provided such admirable service last year and who have agreed to provide a minimum of two coaches per trip with the option of a third one should numbers demand it.”
